These terms cover this website only. TrackHeros, our product, is governed by its own terms at trackheros.com/terms, which you accept separately when you sign up for it.

This site describes Developer Eagle and the products we build. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a warranty, professional advice, or a commitment to deliver anything.

Descriptions of TrackHeros, including its features and availability, reflect our plans at the time of writing and may change.

You may read the site, link to it, and contact us through it. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or its database.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach its security or authentication measures.
