Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 September 2026
This policy explains what developereagle.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1.Who we are
Developer Eagle is a Wyoming limited liability company, registered at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the data controller for personal data collected through developereagle.com.
This policy covers this website only. TrackHeros, our product, is covered by its own privacy policy at trackheros.com/privacy — the two are separate, and data from one is not merged into the other.
For anything in this policy, write to sami@developereagle.com.
2.What we collect
We collect two kinds of data through this site, and nothing else.
- Contact form submissions — the name, email address and message you type, plus any interest tags you select. You choose what to put in these fields.
- Visit logs — the page path you opened, the time, your IP address, your browser user-agent string, and the referring URL if your browser sent one.
We do not ask for, and this site has no way to receive, payment details, government identifiers or any special category data.
3.Why we collect it
Contact form submissions are used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and performance of a contract where your message concerns one.
Visit logs are used to understand roughly how many people reach the site and which pages they read, so we can improve it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in operating and improving our own website.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
4.Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic. Google sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address and basic device information as part of this. Google acts as our processor for this data; its own practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.
We also keep a first-party visit log on our own server, described above. It does not set any cookie.
We set no advertising cookies and run no advertising pixels. If you block cookies or use an ad blocker, the site works normally.
5.Who else processes your data
We keep the list of processors short and only use them where necessary to run the site.
- Google (Google Analytics) — site traffic measurement.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers — serving the site and storing the database.
- Email providers — delivering our reply to you.
Each is bound by a contract limiting them to processing data on our instructions.
6.Where your data is held
Our database runs on servers we control. Some processors, including Google, may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
7.How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards, so we have a record of what was agreed. Visit logs are kept for up to 14 months.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see your rights below — and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
8.Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The database is not publicly reachable, and administrative pages sit behind authentication. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the company.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data and presents a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
9.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.
- Ask us to send your data to you or another provider in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent, where we relied on consent.
Email sami@developereagle.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
10.Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly where we can.
